TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN:
You are hereby notified that a proposal has been made that the zoning classification of the following described land in the Incorporated City of Salix, Woodbury County, Iowa, to-wit (also known as 314 Talbot St.):
Lots 7, 8 & 9 in Block 2, Section 35, Township 87, Range 47, in Woodbury County, Iowa
The above-described real estate is designated as Parcel# 874735303012, 874735303011, 874735303010
be rezoned from Low Density Residential (R-1) to Central Business (CB). The aforesaid property is located within the Incorporated City of Salix, Woodbury County, Iowa, and accordingly, said proposal involves changes in the official zoning plat of the City of Salix, Woodbury County, Iowa.
You are hereby notified that the Planning & Zoning Board of the City of Salix, Iowa, has fixed the 5th of May, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers of the Salix City Hall, 317 Tipton St., Salix, Iowa, as the time and place of the public hearing on said proposal. Any interested parties who appear at said time will be given the opportunity to be heard.
