CITY OF SALIX NOTICE OF HEARING OF PROPOSED PROPERTY SALE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council, City of Salix, Iowa, is accepting proposals for the sale of the property located at 405 Poplar Street to a suitable party and is holding a public hearing for the proposed sale of the property, described further as:
Lot Three (3) in Block One (1) Town of Salix, in the County of Woodbury and State of Iowa.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that December 11, 2024, at 7 o’clock p.m. has been fixed as the time, and the Council Chambers of the Salix City Hall at 317 Tipton Street, Salix, Iowa, has been fixed as the place, for a public hearing on the proposed property sale, at which time interested parties may appear and be heard for or against the proposed sale. A proposed resolution authorizing property sale is available for public inspection at the Salix City Hall.
