7. ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT:
Aaron Lincoln said that there was an ISO review on building inspections and it went well, we hope to have the results in a few months. We are looking at an alternative carrier with Pioneer Woolridge Insurance for our workman's compensation insurance. Serenity Point Phase 2 will have it's final plat brought to the Planning & Zoning Commission on March 4th and then to the City Council on March 11th.
8. COUNCIL MEMBER'S REPORTS & COMMENTS:
Mark Reinders extended his appreciation to Aaron Lincoln for providing some details on what would be needed to have glass recycling in Sergeant Bluff. The cost was higher than we anticipated but it's worth looking at again in the future.
Kirk Moriarty said that with the bad weather, please slow down and be careful at the intersections.
Andrea Johnson encouraged residents to make sure they're shoveling their sidewalks.
