NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON REZONING PARCELS IN SERGEANT BLUFF, IOWA
You are hereby notified that the Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., on May 6, 2025 in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 501 4th Street to hear public comments on a rezoning application submitted by Affordable Self Storage LLC to rezone the below described property. The applicant’s purpose is to rezone the property which currently has three zoning classifications BN (Business Neighborhood), PD (Planned Unit Development), RG-60 (General Residential), to a single zoning classification of ML (Light Manufacturing).
The property to be rezoned: The property location is more generally described as lots owned or controlled by Affordable Self Storage LLC that are east of G Street and North of 4th Street. The Parcels are numbered by the Woodbury County Assessor as lots: 884730476029, 884730476012, 884730477002, 884730477003, 884730476020, 884730477004.
