ORDINANCE NO. 761
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 63 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SERGEANT BLUFF, IOWA, BY AMENDING PROVISIONS TO SET SPECIAL SPEED ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, that:
SECTION 1. SUBSECTION MODIFIED. Section 63.04, Subsection 2. (Special 35MPH Speed Zones) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, is modified by deleting and replacing item 2.D as follows:
2.D. Old Lakeport Road from 300 feet north of Glen Ellen Road south to Old Highway 75/K45
SECTION 2. REPEALER. All ordinances of parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. In all other respects, the City of Sergeant Bluff Woodbury County, Iowa Zoning Ordinance shall remain in effect.
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its final passage, approval, and publication as provided by law.
