NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPLICATION FOR A TOWER DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION (MODIFICATION) IN SERGEANT BLUFF, IA
You are hereby notified that the Sergeant Bluff City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. on December 10, 2024 in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 501 4th Street to hear public comments on a Tower Development Permit Application (Modification) submitted by SMJ International on behalf of AT&T for a tower located at 502 5th Street. Parcel #884730452001 described as: BLAIRS ADDN LOTS 4 & 5 BLK 12
The proposed change is to: Upgrade antenna equipment on the existing tower.
All interested persons are urged to comment by agent or attorney, or in writing. If needed questions or comments can be taken by phone at 712-943-4244 during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
