NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A MAJOR SITE PLAN APPLICATION SERGEANT BLUFF, IOWA
You are hereby notified that the Sergeant Bluff Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., on August 6, 2024 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 501 4th Street, Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, to hear public comments on a Major Site Plan application submitted by Kwik Trip Inc to build a convenience store with an attached 1-bay car wash, a 40’x95’ fueling canopy, and a 24’x50’ diesel fueling canopy.
The property location is more generally described as the northeast corner of S Lewis Blvd and 1 St Street, locally known as 100 Hwy 75 (S Lewis Blvd).
