NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A MAJOR SITE PLAN APPLICATION SERGEANT BLUFF, IOWA
You are hereby notified that the Sergeant Bluff Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., on June 17, 2025 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 501 4th Street, Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, to hear public comments on a Major Site Plan application submitted by H&R Construction to build a new medical facility for Sergeant Bluff EyeCare.
The property location is more generally described as the northeast corner of Old Highway 75 and 220th Street.
The land is more particularly described as:
