NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) IN SERGEANT BLUFF, IOWA

You are hereby notified that the City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., on October 14, 2025 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 501 4th Street, Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, to hear public comments on an application for a PD (Planned Unit Development) known as Baker Prairie Bluff, LLC Phase 2 for the following described property:

The 9.58 acres of the parcel of land described as:

A parcel of land located in the E1/2SE1/4 of Section 30, T88N, R47W of the 5th P.M., being a part of Tract’A’ of Baker Prairie Bluff, First Filing, and a part of Lot 1 of Baker Prairie North, all in the City of Sergeant Bluff, Woodbury County, Iowa.  Said parcel being more particularly described as follows:

Said described parcel of land contains 9.58 acres and is subject to all easements and right-of -ways of record.    

The property can be described as more generally located:

North of 1st Street, East of S Lewis Blvd, West of Prairie Bluff Drive, and along the extension of 4th Street from G Street east to Prairie Bluff Drive.
