NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, PROPOSED FORM OF CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR FURNISHING MAJOR MATERIALS – ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION IMPROVEMENTS - 2026 FOR THE CITY OF SERGEANT BLUFF, IOWA.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa will meet in the Fireside Room of the Community Center  at 903 Topaz Drive, Sergeant Bluff, Iowa 51054 on August 26, 2025 at 5:30 PM, at which time and place the City Council will consider the adoption of plans and specifications and proposed form of contract for the above referenced materials, which are now on file in the City Offices.  At said meeting the City Council will receive and consider any objections to said plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost made by any interested party.

The equipment to be supplied is described in general as follows:

• 15 kV Primary Power Cable

• 15 kV Three-Phase Padmount Switchgear (Air-Insulated, Dead Front) and associated boxpads

• Single-Phase Padmount Distribution Transformers and associated boxpads

• Primary Cable Fittings

• Primary Pedestals
