Public Hearing Notice
Notice of Public Hearing on the Submittal of Community Development Block Grant Application for Woodbury County: This notice is given by the Woodbury County Board of Supervisors.
Specific Grounds for the Public Hearing: To comply with citizen participation requirements of Section 507 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1987, the Woodbury County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing. Members of the public are encouraged to attend and express their views on the submission of a Community Development Block Grant – Community Facilities and Services Application, with Crittenton Center as the subrecipient. The application being considered is to make improvements to Crittenton Center’s Transitional Therapeutic Home, located at 3901 Green Ave, Sioux City, IA 51106. It is anticipated that 100% of the total funds spent on the project will benefit low to moderate income persons.
Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 4:35 p.m.
Location: The hearing will take place at the Woodbury County Courthouse Basement, 620 Douglas Street, Sioux City, Iowa.
