RESOLUTION # 13761
NOTICE OF PROPERTY SALE
WHEREAS Woodbury County, Iowa was the owner under a deed of a certain parcel of real estate described as:
THE SOUTHEASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 13, ALL OF LOTS 14, 15, 16, AND THE NORTHWESTERLY 2.0 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK 18, THE RAILROAD ADDITION TO CORRECTIONVILLE. SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Woodbury County, Iowa as follows:
1. That a public hearing on the aforesaid proposal shall be held on the 16th Day of July, 2024 at 4:40 o’clock p.m. in the basement of the Woodbury County Courthouse.
2. That said Board proposes to sell the said parcel of real estate to the City of Correctionville only per Code of Iowa 331.361(2) on the 16th Day of July, 2024, immediately following the closing of the public hearing.
3. That said Board proposes to sell the said real estate to the City of Correctionville only for a total of $15,000.00 plus recording fees.
