1.Call to Order
The Special May 14, 2024 meeting of the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Board of Education was called to order by President Jeff Wright at 7:00 a.m.    The meeting was held in the Elementary School (3-5) Art Room.  
2.Approval of the Agenda

3.Public Hearing on the Proposed Use of SAVE Revenue for an Athletic Facility Infrastructure Project
A Public Hearing on the Proposed Use of SAVE Revenue for an Athletic Facility Infrastructure Project was held.  No written or oral comments were given.
4.Public Hearing on the Proposed Issuance of Approximately $5,500,000 School Infrastructure Sales, Services and Use Tax Revenue Bonds
A Public Hearing on the Proposed Issuance of Approximately $5,500,000 School Infrastructure Sales, Services and Use Tax Revenue Bonds was held.  No written or oral comments were given.
5.Welcome Visitors & Guests
President Wright welcomed the visitors and asked if anyone present wished to address the board.  No written or oral comments were given.
6.TSA Student Presentation
The TSA (Technology Student Association) students who qualified for the national competition provided a presentation to the board. 
Brook Hanson and Isabelle Fetsch presented the requirements they have to meet for the state and national competitions.  They created a website design based on the theme Going Green, a digital video production and a butterfly costume for their fashion design.  Brook Hanson, Isabelle Fetsch and Elle Chandy will go to Orlando, FL for Nationals in June.
7.Resignations
Recommendation to approve the new resignations as presented: 
• McCrory, Jenni - Elementary School Prinicpal
• Baker, Erin - High School Health Science 
• Corzette, Amanda - Daycare Worker
• Wennekamp, Brenda - Elementary School Kitchen with early retirement benefits
