SIMPCO- Western Iowa Community Improvement Regional Housing Trust Fund (WICIRHTF) 

Siouxland Interstate Metropolitan Planning Council (SIMPCO) will be holding a public hearing regarding the Housing Trust Fund grant application on September 25, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. at SIMPCO, 6401 Gordon Dr, Sioux City, IA 51106. The funds from this grant will be used to assist income qualified low to moderate income homeowners in Woodbury, Plymouth, Monona, Cherokee, and Ida counties. Qualified homeowners will receive assistance with addressing health and safety issues found within their homes. This meeting is open to the public for input on the application and anyone interested in attending are encouraged to do so.
