1. Call to Order
The Special September 16, 2024 meeting of the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Board of Education was called to order by President Jeff Wright at 7:00 a.m. The meeting was held in the Administration Office.
2. Approval of the Agenda

3. Public Comment
President Wright allowed anyone present to make comments regarding the proposed project and resolution. No written or oral comments were given.
4. Resolution Tentatively Approving the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Total Cost for the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Community School District East Campus Phase I Project and Setting the Time, Date and Location for a Hearing Thereon and Further Authorizing the Posting of a Notice to Bidders Seeking Competitive Bids on said Project. Resolution Tentatively Approving the Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Total Cost for the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Community School District East Campus Phase I Project and Setting the Time, Date and Location for a Hearing Thereon and Further Authorizing the Posting of a Notice to Bidders Seeking Competitive Bids on said Project. Discussion took place concerning the dates and the layout of the complex.
